Return & Refund Policy

At CURLSILK, each of our products is individually made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and care. Because of this, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom and personal nature of our products.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Exceptions

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@curlsilk.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued if a product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

• CURLSILK is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
